高校辅导员心理危机干预工作存在的问题及应对策略

Problems and Coping Strategies of Psychological Crisis Intervention for College Counselors

近几年,高校不断扩大招生规模,在大学生心理健康方面不断出现新的问题,尤其是心理危机事件的发生率呈逐年上升趋势,学生的健康成长受到严重影响。高校辅导员是预防危机事件的重要力量,因此,对高校辅导员的工作也提出了新的挑战。本文分析了当前高校辅导员心理危机干预工作的现状和存在问题,并提出应对策略,以助于高校心理健康教育和心理危机干预工作的进一步完善。

In recent years,colleges and universities have continuously expanded the enrollment scale,and there are new problems in the mental health of college students.In particular,the incidence of psychological crisis events is on the rise year by year,which seriously affects the healthy growth of students.College counselors are an important force in preventing crisis events.Therefore,new challenges are put forward to college counselors’work.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of psychological crisis intervention work of college counselors,and puts forward countermeasures to help improve psychological health education and psychological crisis intervention work in colleges and universities.
