摘要 随着公司发展步伐的不断加快,职工队伍结构也随之发生变化,一批又一批新工陆续进入公司,而广大新工正处于成长期、可塑性强,可以根据公司业务进行相应培训。从新工发展轨迹来看,需要公司对其开展适应业务培训助力快速成才,通过"师带徒传帮带"形式进行一对一的铁路行车知识培训,使新工快速掌握行车业务知识,达到上岗条件,发挥新工的内在动力和潜能,使技能素质得到迅速提升。所以有效发挥"师带徒传帮带"优势,是助力新工快速成长,一项必不可少重要手段和有效途径。 with the continuous acceleration of the company’s development pace,the structure of the staff team has also changed,and a batch of new workers have entered the company one after another,while the majority of new workers are in a growing period,with strong plasticity,which can be trained according to the company’s business.From the perspective of the development track of new workers,it is necessary for the company to carry out adaptive business training to help them grow up quickly.Through one-to-one training of railway driving knowledge in the form of"teachers,apprentices and mentors",new workers can quickly master the driving business knowledge,meet the working conditions,give full play to the internal power and potential of new workers,and rapidly improve their skills and quality.Therefore,to give full play to the advantages of"teachers,apprentices and mentors"is an essential and important means and effective way to help the rapid growth of new industries.
