基于交流电操控金属纳米线的研究

摘要 高导电性的铜纳米线在纳米器件方面有着重要的应用前景.在制备纳米器件过程中,操控纳米线是其中一个关键步骤,也是目前急需克服的技术障碍.首先利用水热法制备出铜纳米线;然后用飞秒脉冲激光切割打印在相片纸上的银膜,并形成一个宽度大约2~4μm的间隙;最后将铜纳米线溶液滴在间隙上并利用交流电进行操控.研究结果表明:间隙两端没有接入交流电时,绝大多数的铜纳米线取向都是任意的,只有1根或少数几根铜纳米能够连接间隙两端;间隙两端接入合适参数的交流电时,铜纳米线能够很好地取向排列在间隙两端. Copper nanowires(CuNWs)with high electrical conductivity have important application prospects in various nanodevices.In the process of preparing nanodevices,the manipulation of the nanowires is one of crucial procedures and currently technical barrier to be overcome.Firstly,CuNWs are prepared with a modified hydrothermal method.Then a femtosecond pulsed laser is used to cut silver films with a gap of about 2~4μm that is printed on a photo paper.Finally,CuNWs are manipulated by alternating current(AC)after dropping CuNWs onto the gap.It is demonstrated that the orientation of the most of CuNWs are arbitrary and only one or few CuNWs land cross the gap without adding AC on both sides of the gap.CuNWs can be well aligned vertical to the gap by using AC with appropriate parameters.
