摘要
以聚合氯化铝(PAC)生产过程中的压滤产物硅酸盐矿物为原料,通过焙烧制得热改性的硅酸盐矿物,并将其用于水中Zn^2+的处理.研究结果表明:当焙烧温度为800℃、n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)为2、n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)为0.8、焙烧时间为2 h、振荡时间为60 min、溶液pH为6、Zn^2+初始质量浓度为50 mg/L以及改性硅酸盐矿物投加量为6 g/L时,Zn^2+去除率为91.32%;改性硅酸盐矿物对Zn^2+的吸附动力学符合假二级动力学方程,吸附等温线符合Langmuir方程;用0.2 mol/L盐酸解吸吸附渣中的Zn^2+,解吸率为57.64%.
Thermally modified silicate minerals are prepared by calcination from silicate minerals filtered during the production of polyaluminium chloride(PAC),and which are used in the treatment of Zn^2+ in water.The results show that when the calcination temperature is 800℃,n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)is 2,n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)is 0.8,the calcination time is 2 h,the oscillation time is 60 min,the wastewater pH is 6,the initial concentration of Zn^2+ is 50 mg/L,and the dosage of modified silicate minerals is 6 g/L,the removal rate of Zn^2+ is 91.32%.The adsorption kinetics of modified silicate minerals for Zn^2+ conforms to pseudo-second-order kinetics equcation,and the adsorption isotherm conforms to Langmuir equation.The desorption rate of Zn2+in the absorption residue is 57.64% with 0.2 mol/L hydrochloric acid as desorption agent.
