探讨PDCA循环法在冠状动脉介入培训中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨PDCA循环法在冠状动脉介入(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)培训中的应用。方法将本科室36名PCI培训学员进行随机分组:传统教学方法培训(对照组)及PDCA循环法培训(研究组)。研究组需进行三个周期的PDCA,并进行三次考核,并于三个PDCA循环结束后进行培训满意度调查。与研究组一致,对照组也同阶段进行考核及满意度调查。结果对照组与研究组在基线时的年龄、性别、学历、职称及基线成绩等均无统计学差异。在第一个PDCA循环时,考核成绩在两组之间无差异(P=0.120);在第二、第三个PDCA循环时,研究组成绩逐步提高,且两次成绩均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。三个PDCA循环结束后,研究组的总平均成绩优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的满意度也优于对照组,差异无统计学意义。结论与传统培训方法相比,PDCA循环法能提高PCI学员的培训效果及满意度。 Objective To explore the application of PDCA cycle in the training of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 36 PCI trainees in our department were randomly divided into two groups:traditional training method(control group)and PDCA cycle method(research group).The trainees in the research group were required to undergo three cycles of PDCA and the corresponding assessments.The satisfaction survey was conducted after the three PDCA cycles.Consistent with the research group,the control group was also evaluated assessment and satisfaction survey at the same stage.Results There was no statistical difference between the control group and the research group in age,sex,education background,professional title and baseline scores.During the first PDCA cycle,there was no difference in score between the two groups(P=0.120),and the scores of the research group were significantly better than the control group during the second and third cycles(P<0.05).After finishing the three PDCA cycles,the average score and the teaching satisfaction were better in the research group,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Compared with the traditional training method,PDCA cycle method could improve the teaching effect and satisfaction of PCI trainees.
