摘要 目的探讨基于雨课堂的混合式教学模式在留学生神经科临床教学中的效果,为促进留学生教学模式的改革提供科学依据。方法将西安交通大学医学部2015级92名留学生作为研究对象,分为两个班,1小班46人采用传统教学法,2小班46人为基于雨课堂的混合式教学法,教学后对所有学生进行闭卷笔试,2小班需填写相关问卷,两班间比较采用独立样本t检验。结果基于雨课堂的混合式教学班的成绩高于传统教学班,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2小班多数学生更接受基于雨课堂的教学模式,认为其在激发学习兴趣、分析问题、语言表达能力、临床操作技能方面均更优。结论基于雨课堂的混合式教学模式有助于更好的促进学生学习兴趣,提高学生临床思维能力,有助于改进留学生的教学质量。 Objective To discuss the effect of the mixed teaching mode based on the rain classroom on the clinical teaching of the international students in neurology, and provides a scientific basis for promoting the reform of the teaching mode of international students. Methods The study involved 92 international students in Grade 2015 from medical department of Xi’an Jiaotong University. One class of 46 students used the traditional teaching method, and the second class of 46 people adopted the mixed teaching method based on the rain class. The students were given a unified theoretical exam after the teaching;the second classes need to fill in relevant questionnaire. The two classes were compared with the independent sample t test. Results The theoretical test scores of the mixed class based on the rain class were higher than those of the traditional class, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Most of the second classes of students were satisfied with the teaching effect based on the "rain classroom" teaching mode, which is superior to the traditional teaching group in inspiring learning interest, improving analytical and language ability, enhancing operationals kill. Conclusion The mixed teaching method based on rain classroom can inspire students’ learning interest, improve ability of analyzing problems and cultivate clinical thinking. It is a better teaching methodology to help improve the quality of teaching.
