翻转课堂联合小讲课在放射实践教学中的应用

The Application Value of Inverted Classroom Combined with Small Lectures in the Practical Teaching of Radiodiagnostics

目的探讨翻转课堂联合小讲课在放射诊断学实践教学中的应用价值。方法对2018-2019学年度2014级医学影像专业放射诊断学实习示教(研究组25人、对照组29人),研究组采用翻转课堂联合小讲课实践教学,对照组采用PPT演示典型疾病图像实践教学,对比研究组与对照组考试理论分数、读片分数、总分数及满意度分数。结果研究组和对照组理论成绩、考核评估阅片成绩、总成绩及满意度调查成绩分别为(62.03±5.13)分、(54.28±7.46)分,(22.19±3.13)分、(18.46±4.30)分,(82.43±4.23)分、(70.40±6.41)分,(91.00±7.15)分、(77.57±6.32)分,P<0.05。结论翻转课堂联合小讲课在放射诊断学实践教学活动中能更好地引起学习兴趣、激发学习动力、提高教学效果,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of inverted classroom combined with small lectures in the practical teaching of radiodiagnostics.Methods Practical teaching on radiology of medical imaging specialty of the class of 2014 in the academic year of 2018-2019(25 students in the study group and 29 students in the control group).The inverted classroom combined with small lectures was used to practice teaching in study group.The power point presentation of typical disease images was used for practice teaching in control group.The scores of their theoretical questions,reading questions,the total scores and satisfaction questionnaire in two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical questions,reading questions,the total scores and questionnaire satisfaction in study group and control group were(62.03±5.13),(54.28±7.46),(22.19±3.13),(18.46±4.30),(82.43±4.23),(70.40±6.41),(91.00±7.15),(77.57±6.32),P<0.05,respectively.Conclusion Inverted classroom combined with small lectures plays a significant role in the clinical teaching of diagnostic radiology,with better teaching effect and learning interests.
