摘要 肿瘤心脏病学是关注肿瘤患者心血管疾病发生发展、诊断治疗以及预后随访的新兴交叉学科,2018年肿瘤心脏病学已写入我国第九版内科学教材,放射性心脏损伤是肿瘤心脏病学所关注的重点内容之一,学科间交叉知识的掌握对该类患者的治疗十分重要,这也促使放疗专科医生掌握疾病相关跨学科知识。然而,以学科为基础的传统的教学模式,不能适应新兴交叉学科人才培养的需求,文章总结了大连医科大学附属第一医院应用多学科团队教学模式,在放疗相关肿瘤心脏病教学中的应用效果,分析了其在培养放疗医生过程中起到的作用,探讨了目前放疗相关肿瘤心脏病教学中存在的问题及解决方案。 Cardio-oncology is the emerging interdisciplinary focus on the development, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of follow-up of cardiovascular disease in patients with tumor. Cardio-oncology has been written into the ninth edition of the teaching material of internal medicine in 2018. Radioactivity-induced cardiac injury is one of the focuses in cardiooncology, and the mastery of interdisciplinary knowledge is very important for the treatment of such patients, this also prompted radiotherapy doctors to master related interdisciplinary knowledge. However, the traditional discipline-based medical teaching mode cannot meet the demand of the new interdisciplinary subject. This paper summarizes the practical effect of MDT teaching mode in radiotherapy-related cardio-oncology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University, analyzes its role in the process of training radiotherapy doctors, and discusses the existing problems and solutions in radiotherapy-related cardio-oncology teaching.
