摘要
随着我国市场经济的不断发展和新医改的继续深入,对于医院管理提出了新的要求。医院传统的人力资源管理管理模式已无法满足要求。传统人力资源管理模式缺乏人员激励相关机制,无法调动员工的积极性,对于医院的管理人力资源管理产生了很大的困难。人力资源外包服务模式作为一个较为新颖的管理模式,其能够提升医院核心竞争力、降低人力资源管理管理成本进而提高绩效等的特点,日益受到医院管理者的青睐。文章通过对医院人力资源外包服务进行可行性分析,阐述其在现在医院人力资源的管理中的优缺点,同时对其在工作中可能会出现的风险给与描述并提出相应的防范措施。
With the continuous development of China’s market economy and the continued deepening of the new medical reform, new requirements have been put forward for hospital management. The traditional human resource management model of hospitals can not meet the requirements. The traditional human resource management model is lack of personnel incentive mechanism, unable to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, for the hospital management of human resource management has produced great difficulties. As a relatively new management mode, the outsourcing service mode of human resources has been increasingly favored by hospital managers because it can improve the core competitiveness of hospitals, reduce the cost of human resource management and improve performance. This paper analyzes the feasibility of hospital human resources outsourcing service, expounds its advantages and disadvantages in the management of hospital human resources, and describes the possible risks in the work and puts forward corresponding preventive measures.
