摘要
目的运用DXA检测老年腰椎间盘突出症患者的腰椎骨密度,分析腰椎退变与骨密度之间的关系。方法回顾性分析本院门诊及住院治疗的62例运用DXA检测腰椎骨密度的老年腰椎间盘突出症患者,同时按Pfirrmann分级标准评分腰椎退变程度。结果腰椎间盘突出症患者中,男性的T值高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),随着腰椎退变程度的加重,骨量减少和骨质疏松的占比也明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),椎间盘退变Pfirrmann分级程度评分与骨密度T值存在相关性(r=-0.697,P <0.01),有统计学意义。结论骨密度与退变程度之间存在负相关的关系,即腰椎退变程度越高,骨密度就越低。
Objective To study the relationship between lumbar degeneration and lumbar bone mineral density by using DXA in elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 62 elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation by using DXA on the lumbar spine were retrospectively analyzed. Then we measured and had the degree of lumbar disc degeneration(according to Pfirrmann’s method of MRI classification of lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration). Results The T value were significantly higher in male than those in female with lumbar disc herniation(P<0.05),with the aggravation of lumbar degeneration, the number of osteoporosis also increased significantly(P<0.05), There was a close correlation between Pfirrmann’s method of MRI classification of lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration and the T value of lumbar bone mineral density(r=-0.697, P<0.05). Conclusion There is a close correlation between lumbar degenerative and lumbar bone mineral density.
