Effect of Hemoperfusion Combined With Hemodialysis on Uremia

目的研究血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症的效果。方法选择2017年1月-2019年4月在溧阳市中医医院血透室收治的尿毒症患者作为本次研究对象,并根据其不同经济条件将244例毒症患者进行分组,主要包括两组,其中观察组实施血液灌流联合血液透析治疗;对照组实施血液透析治疗,分析两组疗效和肾功能指标。结果观察组尿毒症患者治疗总有效率98.36%高于对照组(χ^2=18.485;P <0.05),两者差异具有统计学意义。观察组尿毒症患者肾功能指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.510、34.507、5.222、6.511、19.981;P <0.05)。结论血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症疗效十分显著,同时能够改善其肾功能指标,值得研究。

Objective To study the effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis on uremia. Methods Uremic patients admitted to the hemodialysis room of Fuyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the study patients or subjects, and 244 patients with uremia were selected according to their different economic conditions. The 244 uremic patients were divided into two groups, observation group, implementation of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis treatment;control group, implementation of hemodialysis treatment, the two groups of efficacy and renal function indicators were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of uremia patients in the observation group was 98.36% higher than that in the control group(χ^2=18.485;P<0.05). The difference was statistically significant. The renal function index of the uremia patients in the observation group was superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.510, 34.507, 5.222, 6.511, 19.981, P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis on uremia is very significant, and it can improve the renal function index, which is worthy of study.
