科学标识在CT增强检查护理中的运用

目的探讨CT增强检查过程中科学地应用提示标识的效果,以提高工作效率,保证影像图像高质量。方法从2018年1月-2018年12月,随机抽取200名患者,口头征求:是否同意在手臂粘贴标识,经同意后,在患者预留留置针一侧的手臂上,规范性的使用各种颜色带文字的提示标识,用于提醒患者、家属及机房工作人员该患者检查前、检查中需关注的事项,检查完毕后,评估检查图像质量。结果规范CT检查提示标识管理后,增强患者的检查安全得到了保证,影像图像质量及服务满意度有了较大提高。结论使用标识管理,能减少CT增强不良反应,确保影像检查图像质量,提高服务满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of using prompt markers in CT enhancement examination, in order to improve work efficiency, guarantee high quality image. Methods From January 2018 to December 2018, 200 patients were randomly selected, oral request: Do you agree to stick a sign on your arm? With consent, on the arm on the side of the patient’s reserved indwelling needle, normative use of a variety of color with text prompt markers, it is used to remind patients, family members and computer room staff of the matters needing attention before and during the examination, after checking, evaluate and check the image quality. Results After standardizing the management of CT examination prompts and labels, enhanced patient safety assured. The image quality and service satisfaction have been greatly improved. Conclusion Using logo management, it can reduce the adverse reactions of CT enhancement, to ensure image quality, improve service satisfaction.
