经尿道柱状水囊前列腺扩开术治疗高危前列腺增生患者的效果分析

Effect of Transurethral Columnar Balloon Dilation of the Prostate for Patients of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia with High-risk

目的探讨经尿道柱状水囊前列腺扩开术(transurethral columnar balloon dilation of the prostate,TUCBDP)在治疗高危前列腺增生患者的安全性及近期疗效。方法回顾性分析2017年3月至2018年12月,作者单位收治的25例行TUCBDP的患者的临床资料,比较手术前及术后1个月、3个月、6个月患者的国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QoL)、最大尿流率(Qmax)及残余尿量(RUV),观察手术时间、出血量、术后留置尿管时间、并发症等。结果所有患者的平均手术时间(29.88±5.30)分钟,出血量(40.04±14.31)ml,术后留置尿管时间(6.80±0.71)天。与术前相比,术后1个月、3个月、6个月患者的IPSS、QoL、Qmax及RUV随访结果均显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高危前列腺增生患者,经尿道柱状水囊前列腺扩开术具有手术时间短,安全系数高、并发症少、疗效确切等优点,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To evaluate the safety and short-term efficacy of transurethral resuscitation of the prostate(TUCBDP)for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients with high-risk.Methods The clinical data of 25 patients who underwent TUCBDP admitted to our department from March 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The international prostate symptom score(IPSS)and quality of life(QoL)were compared between preoperative and postoperative 1,3,and 6 months.The QoL score,the maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax),and the residual urine volume(RUV)were observed,and the operation time,the amount of bleeding,the postoperative indwelling catheter time,and complications were observed.Results The average operation time of all patients was(29.88±5.30)minutes,the amount of bleeding was(40.04±14.31)ml,and the time of postoperative indwelling catheter was(6.80±0.71)days.Compared with preoperative status,the results of IPSS,QoL,Qmax and RUV were significantly improved at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions For BPH patients with high-risk,the transurethral columnar balloon prostate enlargement has the advantages of short operation time,high safety,less complications and exact curative effect.
