“十九大”之后,我国进入新时代历史时期,教育对支持国家持续发展的重要性日益突显;2019年“两会”国务院提出大力发展职业教育,一系列政策和顶层设计呼唤职业教育跟紧时代与时俱进,其中制度建设的革故鼎新、与时俱进尤为重要。当前职业院校的制度建设在设计理念、人文内涵等方面与新时代要求仍有不小差距,唯有补齐此方面短板,高职院校才能顺利培养出“德技并修”“工匠精神”的新时代高职技能型、复合型人才,为经济社会发展做出新的历史贡献。

After the 19th Communist Party of China National Congress,our country has entered into a new era and historical period and the importance of education has become more and more prominent than ever in supporting National continuous development.In the National People’s Congressand Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference National People’s Congress held in 2019,it is proposed by State Council that we shall strive to develop the vocational education and a series of policies and top-level design call for keeping pace with the times of vocational education,in which,the reforms of destroying the old and establishing the new for advance with the times are more important in the system construction.There is a big gap between the present system construction of vocational colleges and the requirements of new era in the aspects of concept of design and humanistic connotation.Only by the making up of such shortfall,the vocational colleges can succeeded in cultivating the high skill-oriented and versatile talents with spirit of craftsmanship,excellent in both skills and moral integrity in order to make new historical contribution to the economic and social development.
