摘要
积极心理学、核心素养和高等职业教育之间有非常紧密的联系,积极心理学在高职教育中对学生核心素养培养具有正向积极的作用。积极心理学研究为核心素养的培养提供了新视角和新思路,文章以高职院校学生核心素养的现状为出发点,以积极心理学为理论基础,采用实证研究方法,对高职学生核心素养现状进行调查分析。经过实践研究,建立具有高职特色的学生核心素养培养模式。
There is close connection tying the positive psychology,core quality and higher vocational education and the positive psychology has positive and active effect on the fostering core quality of students in higher vocational education.The research on positive psychology provided new viewpoint and idea for fostering the core quality of students.With the present status of fostering core quality of student in higher vocational colleges as the starting point,the survey and analysis are made herein on the fostering core quality of students in higher vocational colleges by adopting the empirical analysis method based on positive psychology theory.It is suggestible to create the mode of fostering core quality of students with character of higher vocational colleges according to practice and researches.
