溶剂热法制备SrWO4:Dy3+荧光粉及其发光性质研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用溶剂热合成法成功制备了Dy^3+离子掺杂的SrWO4荧光粉.采用X射线粉末衍射仪测试了样品的晶体结构,通过扫描电子显微镜测试了合成物质的微观形貌,利用荧光分光光度计分析了荧光粉的激发光谱和发射光谱.结果表明,合成的样品均为纯相物质.溶剂为纯水时制备的SrWO4:0.05Dy3+样品发光强度最高.制备的荧光粉能够表现出Dy^3+离子的特征激发和发射峰.最强的激发峰位于351 nm,属于Dy^3+离子的6H15/2→6P7/2跃迁.最强的发射波长位于573 nm,属于Dy^3+离子的4F9/2→6H13/2跃迁. Dy^3+ doped SrWO4 phosphors were successfully prepared by the solvothermal synthesis method.The sample phase structure was tested by X-ray diffraction. Then the morphology of the synthetic materials was tested by scanning electron microscopy. Finally,the phosphor excitation and emission spectra were test using fluorescence spectrophotometer. The results indicate that the synthesized samples were pure phase materials. The luminescence intensity of SrWO4:0.05 Dy^3+is the highest under the condition of pure water. The phosphor can exhibit the characteristic excitation and emission peaks of Dy3+ ions. The biggest excitation peak was at 351 nm,which was caused by the 6H15/2→6P7/2 transition of Dy3+ ions. The largest emission peak is located at 573 nm,belongs to the 4H9/2→6H13/2 transition of Dy^3+ ions.
