中国教育对外开放在非洲环印度洋岛国的发展现状及路径探索

加大中国教育在非洲环印度洋岛国的开放度,有利于增强我国对环印度洋区域发展的潜在推动力.目前我国对印度洋岛国教育开放已初具成效,但仍然存在很大发展空间.其发展路径包括:搭建以孔子学院为代表的各类教育推广平台,实现教育机构国际化.打造"语言+技术/专业"综合型国际人才.在留学生培养方面,以吸收为主,实施留学互惠政策,实现人才培养渠道国际化.鼓励多渠道师资培训与学术交流,实现师资培训与科学研究国际化.探索并建立有效跟踪与评估机制.教育开放过程中还要本着促进民心相通、文化互通的基本原则,实现中非文化的全方位交流.

Increasing the opening up of Chinese education in the Africa island countries in the Indian Ocean Rim island countries is conducive to enhancing the potential driving force of China’s development in the Indian Ocean region. At present,the opening up of Chinese education in Indian Ocean island countries has achieved Initial results,but there is still much room for development. Its development strategy can include:setting up various educational promotion platforms represented by Confucius Institutes to achieve the internationalization of educational institutions;creating "language + technical/professional" comprehensive international talents;internationalizing talents training channels in the training of overseas students with focus on absorption and reciprocal policies for studying abroad;internationalizing teacher training and scientific research by encouraging multi-channel exchanges of teachers and scientific research. In the process of opening up of education,all-round cultural exchanges should also be carried out between China and Africa in accordance with the basic principles of promoting people-to-people exchanges and cultural exchanges.
