活血补气祛痰汤对椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕病患者基底动脉和椎动脉血流速度的影响

Effect of Huoxue Buqi Qutan decoction on blood flow velocity and vertebrobasilar artery vertigo in patients with vertebral basilar artery insufficiency vertigo

目的:分析活血补气祛痰汤对椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕病(VBIV)患者基底动脉和椎动脉血流速度及眩晕程度的影响。方法:随机选取86例VBIV患者作为研究对象,并随机分成研究组和对照组各43例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,研究组在此基础上加上活血补气祛痰汤,治疗时间均为2个月。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后眩晕程度和椎基底动脉平均血流速度的情况。结果:治疗2个月后,研究组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者椎基底动脉平均血流速度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者眩晕程度较对照组显著减轻(P<0.05)。结论:对VBIV患者应用活血补气祛痰汤联合常规治疗方式可显著改善对基底动脉和椎动脉血流速度,减轻眩晕程度,有利于促进患者的康复。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Huoxue Buqi Qutan decoction on blood flow velocity and vertebrobasilar artery vertigo in patients with vertebral basilar artery insufficiency vertigo(VBIV). Methods:86 patients with VBIV were randomly divided into study group and control group,43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo treatment,and the study group was added with Huoxue Buqi Qutan decoction on this basis was used for 2 months. The clinical efficacy,average blood flow velocity and vertigo degree of vertebrobasilar artery before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: After 2 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The average blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The vertigo degree of the study group was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion :Huoxue Buqi Qutan decoction combined with conventional treatment can significantly improve the blood flow velocity of basilar artery and vertebral artery for patients with VBIV,reduce the degree of vertigo,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
