丹半汤治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性慢性非萎缩性胃炎临床研究

Clinical research on treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis with HP infection by integrated Danban decoction

目的:探讨采用丹半汤联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染引起的慢性非萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法:选取60例慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者,随机分为两组,对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组患者给予阿莫西林胶囊、克拉霉素缓释片、奥美拉唑肠溶片、枸橼酸铋钾颗粒治疗,治疗组患者于上述四联疗法基础上联合中药汤剂丹半汤调理。治疗周期为21 d,治疗结束后分析两组患者根除HP疗效及中医症候改善情况。结果:治疗组中医症候疗效总有效率和临床痊愈率分别为93.33%和36.67%;显著高于对照组的总有效率76.67%和临床痊愈率13.33%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组HP根除率63.33%,总有效率达86.67%;显著高于对照组HP根除率46.67%,总有效率为70.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组主症、次症积分较对照组均明显下降,两组症候积分具有明显的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:丹半汤联合西药治疗HP相关性慢性非萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

Objective :To investigate the effect of Danban decoction combined with quadruple therapy on Helicobacter pylori(HP) infection caused by chronic non-atrophic gastritis(CNAG) effect. Methods:Total of 60 patients with CNAG were divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with Amoxicillin capsules,Clarithromycin tablets,Omeprazole enteric-coated tablets and Bismuth Potassium Citrate Granules as western medicine. The patients in the treatment group were given the same as the western medicine group,and Danban decoction. Treatment cycle were both 21 days.The efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared after the end of treatment. Results:The total effective rate was 93.33% and the clinical cure rate was 36.67% of patients in treatment group,which was better than that of the control group(76.67% and 13.33%),with significant differences(P<0.01).The negative rate of HP of patients was 63.33% and the total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group,which was higher than that of the control group(46.67% and 70.00%),with significant differences(P<0.01).The integrals of primary symptom and minor symptom after treatment in treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group((P<0.01). Conclusions:The combination of Danban decoction and quadruple therapy was better than the western medicine on the HP-related CNAG.
