仿棉面料服用性能分析与相似度评价 被引量:2

摘要 选择市面上常用的不同规格仿棉面料和纯棉面料,在实验室条件下对强伸度、顶破性、耐磨性等力学指标,抗皱、抗起毛起球、悬垂性等外观保持性指标,和透气性、透湿性、保暖性等舒适性指标分别进行了测试,并运用模糊相似优先比方法对其相似程度进行了评价.结果表明:仿棉面料在力学、外观保持性方面优于纯棉面料,在透湿性上与纯棉面料相当,在透气性、保暖性等方面则不如纯棉面料;针织仿棉面料在透气性和透湿性方面有优势,机织仿棉面料则在保暖性方面表现更好;利用模糊相似优先比方法可对仿棉面料与纯棉面料的相似度做出量化评价,对仿棉服装面料的选择具有一定的指导意义. Under laboratory conditions,several commonly used cotton-like fabrics and pure cotton fabrics with different specifications were selected to test the mechanical indexes such as strength and elongation,bursting force and abrasion resistance,the appearance retention indexes such as wrinkle resistance,pilling resistance and drape resistance,and the comfort indexes such as air permeability,moisture permeability and heat preservation,etc.Similarity evaluation was carried out by using fuzzy similarity priority ratio method.The results show that the cotton-like fabrics are superior to pure cotton fabrics in mechanics and appearance retention,with similar moisture permeability,but not as good as the pure cotton fabrics in terms of air permeability and warmth retention.Knitted cotton-like fabrics have advantages in air permeability and moisture permeability,while woven cotton-like fabrics have better performance in warmth retention.The fuzzy similarity priority ratio method can be used to quantitatively evaluate the similarity between cotton-like fabric and pure cotton fabric,which has certain guiding significance for the selection of cotton-like clothing fabric.
