摘要
为了使服装产品制造商选择最佳的分销渠道商,建立了改进熵值-逼近理想点法的评价模型。根据服装产品分销渠道的业务特点,构建了包括3个准则和12个指标的评价指标体系,并借助改进熵值法确定各指标权重,然后通过逼近理想点法对候选渠道商进行选优,最后对齐尚服装集团选择分销渠道商进行算例分析。研究结果表明,渠道成员的能力是影响服装产品制造商选择服装产品分销渠道商的主要因素;改进熵值-逼近理想点法的评价模型简单易行、易于求解,可作为服装产品制造商选择服装产品分销渠道商时的参考方法。
In order to select the best distributor for garment manufacturers,an evaluation model based on im-proved entropy-approximate ideal point method was established.According to the business characteristics of garment product distribution channels,an evaluation index system including 3 criteria and 12 indicators was constructed,and the weight of each indicator was determined by improved entropy method.Then the candidate channel vendors were selected by approximate ideal point method.Finally,an example was given to analyze the selection of distribution channel vendors by Qishang Apparel Group.The results show that the ability of channel members is the main factor affecting the selection of garment product distributors by garment product manufacturers.The evaluation model of improved entropy-approximate ideal point method is simple and easy to solve,and can be used as a reference method for garment product manufacturers in selecting garment product distributors.
