摘要
科学合理的车站客流指示与疏导方案可以帮助乘客在复杂的车站环境中安全、迅速、准确的选择行进路线。文章以南昌地铁双港站、庐山南大道站、地铁大厦站为调查对象,从基础设施设备、客流量、乘客进站走行时间三个方面进行调查,得出客流指示与疏导系统存在的问题。最后以地铁大厦站为例进行方案优化设计,并从站外引导、乘客进站、乘客出站三类流线模拟乘客走行记录时间来对比优化前后的效果,为方案优化设计提供依据。
This greatly reduces the passenger's travel efficiency.Scientific and reasonable passenger flow instruction and guidance scheme can help passengers choose the route safely,quickly and accurately in the complex station environment.Field investigation was conducted on Shuanggang station,South Lushan Avenue station and Metro Central station of Nanchang metro from three aspects:infrastructure equipment of in metro station,passenger flow line,the time of passengers entering the station,and described the existing problems of the passenger flow indication and guidance system in Nanchang metro station.Then,taking Metro Central station as an example,the scheme optimization design was carried out,and the effects before and after optimization were compared by simulating passenger travel record time of three kinds of flow lines,namely,off-station way-finding,in-station inbound and in-station outbound,to provide the basis for the scheme optimization design.
