摘要
党的十八大以来,习近平总书记高度重视制度治党,对党内法规制度建设做出一系列重要论述,这些论述是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,是对马克思主义党建理论的丰富与发展。探究习近平关于党内法规制度建设的重要论述的理论渊源、发展轨迹、时代特征和实践路径,对于全面推进从严治党向纵深发展、建设伟大工程具有重要意义。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the governance of the Party and made a series of major discourse on the construction of rules and regulations within the Party.This series of discourse are an essential part of Xi Jinping’s socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and also the enrichment as well as development of the Party construction theory.It is of great significance to explore the theoretical origins,development trajectories,characteristics of the times,and practice paths of Xi Jinping's major discourse on the construction of rules and regulations within the Party in the new era.
