在西方社会,任何一种社会公共机构的发展和精神实质都可以在其法律体系中找到源泉和体现。本文以美国高等教育发展历程为线索,探讨了几个重要公约、法律和判例对其大学文明和独特精神实质形成的重要作用,希望对多视角研究美国高等教育的发展,并借鉴其有益经验促进我国“双一流”大学建设发挥积极作用。

In western society,the development and spiritual essence of any social public institution can be found in its legal system.Taking the development of American higher education as a clue,this paper discusses the important role of several important statue laws in the formation of its university civilization and unique spiritual essence,hoping to play a positive role in studying the development of American higher education from multiple perspectives and drawing on its beneficial experience to promote the construction of China’s“Double First-Class”university project.
