1999年黄礼孩创办了《诗歌与人》杂志,2005年他设立了"诗歌与人·诗人奖",2014年更名为"诗歌与人·国际诗歌奖"。黄礼孩一个人创立并坚持的这项诗歌奖在独立性、国际化和经典建构等方面都有着典型的意义和价值,它为民间诗歌奖的评奖提供了一种可供借鉴的模式,也在评奖标准的持守等方面为当代文学奖项的设置及运作提供了一种经验和方向。

In 1999,Huang Lihai founded the magazine Poetry and People.And in 2005,he set up The Winners of Poetry and People Poetry Prize,which was renamed The Winners of Poetry and People International Poetry Prize in 2014.Huang Lihai created and,alone,insisted on this award in terms of independence,internationalization and classical construction,which has typical significance and value.It provides a model for the evaluation of folk poetry awards as well as the keeping of the evaluation standards.It also offers a kind of experience and direction for the establishment and application of contemporary literature awards.
