穴位贴敷防治脑瘫患者反复呼吸道感染临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupoint Application in Preventing and Treating Recurrent Respiratory Infection in Cerebral Palsy Patients

目的探寻脑瘫患者反复呼吸道感染的有效防治方法。方法将60例反复呼吸道感染的脑瘫患者按住院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。两组均给予脾氨肽口服冻干粉口服,在此基础上观察组给予中药穴位贴敷,对照组给予模拟药膏贴敷,治疗方法和疗程相同。治疗后评价血清免疫球蛋白、医院感染发生率,随访1年评价临床疗效。结果治疗结束时,对照组和观察组患者血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM较治疗前均有不同程度增高(P<0.05,P<0.01),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组医院感染发生率(呼吸道感染)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访1年临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷疗法联合脾氨肽口服冻干粉对脑瘫患者反复呼吸道感染有良好的防治作用,并能改善患者的免疫功能。

Objective To seek an effective method to prevent and treat recurrent respiratory infection(RRI)in cerebral palsy patients.Method Sixty cerebral palsy patients with RRI were divided into a control group and an observation group according to their admission sequence,with 30 cases in each group.The two groups were prescribed with Spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder.In addition,the observation group was given acupoint application with Chinese medication,while the control group was given sham acupoint application following the same operation and treatment course.After treatment,the serum immunoglobulins and occurrence rate of nosocomial infection were evaluated after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was estimated at the 1-year follow-up.Result At the end of the treatment,the levels of serum immunoglobulin(Ig)G,IgA and IgM all increased to varying degrees in the two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the between-group differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in the occurrence rate of nosocomial infection(respiratory infection)between the two groups(P<0.05).The difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups at the 1-year follow-up was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application plus Spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder can produce satisfactory effect in preventing and treating RRI in cerebral palsy patients,and this treatment can improve their immune function.
