“骶四针”治疗慢性盆腔疼痛疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation of Di Si Zhen for Chronic Pelvic Pain

目的观察“骶四针”治疗女性慢性盆腔疼痛的临床疗效。方法将40例女性慢性盆腔疼痛患者随机分为治疗组(20例,脱落1例)与对照组(20例)。对照组采用中药灌肠、腹部中药薰药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上增加“骶四针”疗法。比较两组患者有效率和治疗前、后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分。结果治疗组总有效率为89.5%,对照组为70.0%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS评分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);治疗组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论采用“骶四针”联合中药灌肠、腹部中药薰药治疗慢性盆腔疼痛是一种疗效显著的方法。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Di Si Zhen(acupuncture at four specific acupoints in the sacral region)in treating chronic pelvic pain(CPP)in women.Method Forty patients were randomized into a treatment group(20 cases including 1 dropout case)and a control group(20 cases).The control group was intervened by enema and abdominal fumigation with Chinese medications,and the treatment group was additionally given Di Si Zhen.The effective rates of the two groups were compared,as well as the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores before and after treatment.Result The total effective rate was 89.5%in the treatment group versus 70.0% in the control group,and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score dropped after treatment in both groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.05);the VAS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion Di Si Zhen plus enema and abdominal fumigation with Chinese medications is a significantly effective method in treating CPP.
