不同时程督灸治疗肾阳亏虚型强直性脊柱炎疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Different Duration Moxibustion on the Du Meridian for Ankylosing Spondylitis of Kidney Yang Deficiency Type

目的对比不同时程督灸治疗肾阳亏虚型强直性脊柱炎的疗效差异。方法将87例肾阳亏虚型强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为督灸60 min组、75 min组、90 min组,在服用柳氨磺吡啶肠溶片的基础上施以相应时间的督灸治疗,观察治疗前后脊柱痛(VAS)、患者总体评价(PGA)、巴氏强直性脊柱炎功能指数(BASFI)、巴氏强直性脊柱炎活动指数(BASDAI)及中医症候积分并进行疗效评价。结果督灸治疗后3组患者VAS、PGA、BASFI、BASDAI、中医症候积分均明显下降(P<0.05),90 min组较60 min组在改善各指标方面差异明显(P<0.05),90 min组的疗效和中医症候疗效明显优于60 min组(P<0.05),与75 min组比较无显著差异(P>0.05),60 min与75 min无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗期间未见明显不良反应。结论督灸是一种治疗肾阳亏虚型强直性脊柱炎的有效方法,以治疗90 min为宜。

Objective To compare the efficacies of different duration moxibustion on the Du meridian for ankylosing spondylitis of kidney yang deficiency type.Method Eighty-seven patients with ankylosing spondylitis of kidney yang deficiency type were randomized to 60 min,75 min and 90 min moxibustion on the Du meridian groups,which received corresponding duration moxibustion on the Du meridian in addition to oral administration of enteric-coated sulfasalazine tablets.The spinal pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,the Patient Global Assessment(PGA)score,the Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Function Index(BASFI)score,the Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index(BASDAI)score and TCM syndrome score were recorded before and after treatment.The therapeutic effects were evaluated.Result After moxibustion on the Du meridian,the VAS,PGA,BASFI,BASDAI and TCM syndrome scores decreased significantly in the three groups of patients(P<0.05);all the indicators improved significantly more in the 90 min group than in the 60 min group(P<0.05);The therapeutic effect and the therapeutic effect on TCM syndromes were significantly better in the 90 min group than in the 60 min group(P<0.05)and of no significant differences between the 90 min and 75 min groups and between the 60 min and 75 min groups(P>0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred during treatment.Conclusion Moxibustion on the Du meridian is an effective way to treat ankylosing spondylitis of kidney yang deficiency type,with 90 min treatment advisable.
