摘要
目的探讨单一脉路时域分析法对心血管疾病以外的人体生理特征在识别上的局限性。方法采集43例大学生左手关脉脉搏波信号,以分析其在性别上的差异,利用时域分析法和谱能比分析法,提取幅度特征Hn/H1(n=2,3,4,5)、时间特征Tm/T(m=1,2,3,4,5)及谱能比Serx(x=a4,d4,d3,d2,d1),以其作为观察指标进行统计学处理。结果谱能比分析法中Sera4、Serd4、Serd1三组男女特征分别比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);余时域分析法特征比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论单一脉路时域分析法提取的时域特征参数对男女性别这一生理特征的识别有着一定的局限性。
Objective To explore the limitations of single-vehicle time-domain analysis on the recognition of human physiological characteristics other than cardiovascular disease.Methods The pulse wave signals of the left-hand stagnation pulse of 43 college students were collected to analyze their gender differences.The amplitude characteristics Hn/H1 were extracted using time domain analysis and spectral energy ratio analysis(n=2,3,4,5),Time characteristics Tm/T(m=1,2,3,4,5)and spectral energy ratio Serx(x=a4,d4,d3,d2,d1),which are used as statistical indicators for statistical processing.Results The characteristics of Sera4,Serd4,and Serd1 were compared between the three groups of men and women in the spectral energy ratio analysis method,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in the characteristics of the rest time domain analysis method were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The time-domain feature parameters extracted by the single-vehicle time-domain analysis method have certain limitations in identifying the physiological characteristics of male and female gender.
