摘要
目的分析酪酸梭菌活菌散剂在治疗新生儿高胆红素血症中的作用。方法选择2017年4月~2019年3月在我院诊治的200例高胆红素血症新生儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组采用蓝光照射等对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用酪酸梭菌活菌散剂治疗,比较两组临床治疗总有效率、治疗前、治疗1、3、5 d血清总胆红素水平、黄疸消退时间、不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗1、3、5 d血清总胆红素水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组黄疸消退时间为(4.71±1.80)d,短于对照组的(6.23±2.56)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床不良反应发生率为12.00%,低于对照组的28.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酪酸梭菌活菌散剂辅助治疗新生儿高胆红素血症疗效显著,可缩短黄疸消退时间,且不良反应少,用药安全可靠,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze the role of Clostridium butyricum powder in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods A total of 200 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia who were treated in our hospital from April 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,100 cases each.The control group was treated with blue light and other symptomatic treatments.The observation group was treated with Clostridium butyricum powder on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared,and the serum total bilirubin level was measured before treatment and at 1,3,and 5 d jaundice regression time,incidence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 82.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum total bilirubin level in the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 1,3,and 5 d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of jaundice regression in the observation group was(4.71±1.80)d,which was shorter than that of the control group(6.23±2.56)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 12.00%,which was lower than that of the control group 28.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clostridium butyricum powder is effective in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,which can shorten the time of jaundice regression,and has fewer adverse reactions.The medication is safe and reliable and worthy of clinical application.
