摘要
针对基于紫红外光敏管报警的三波段火焰探测器,提出一种高可靠的软件算法。该算法在以往简单判定阈值方法的基础上,通过对紫红外信号进行分类,利用频域分析、时域分析、信号特征分析等多种方法进行处理,进一步优化了报警信号的触发逻辑,提升了探测器灵敏性。同时具备高可靠防误报能力,能够有效排除多种非火焰因素的干扰。经过试验测试表晴,火焰探测器各项指标满足预期要求。
As for the triple-band flame detector based on the alerting of ultraviolet(UV)and infrared(IR)photosensitive tube,a high-reliability software algorithm is proposed. On the basis of the previous simple decision threshold method,the algorithm utilizes multiple methods such as frequency domain analysis,time domain analysis and signal feature analysis to process UV and IR signals by classifying them,so as to further optimize the trigger logic of alerting signal and improve the sensitivity of the detector. The algorithm has high reliable preventing false alarm ability,and can effectively eliminate the disturbance of many non-flame factors. The experimental testing results prove that the various parameters of the flame detector can meet the expected requirements.
