摘要
横滚传感器生产过程中需要调整电路参数修正零点,并对360°方位的精度进行校准,人工调试和校准的工作量较大,角度解算比较复杂,耗时较长。本文针对该问题,采用基于PXI的虚拟仪器和Labview开发了一套自动调试系统,实现了横滚传感器的全自动调试和自动校准,大幅降低调试工作强度,提高调试效率。
In the production process of roll sensor, it is necessary to adjust the circuit parameters to correct the zero point, and calibrate the 360° azimuth accuracy. The manual debugging and calibration work is heavy, the angle calculation is complex and takes a long time. Aiming at this problem, a set of automatic debugging system based on PXI virtual instrument and LabVIEW is developed in this paper, which realizes the full automatic debugging and automatic calibration of roll sensor, greatly reduces the debugging work intensity and improves the debugging efficiency.
