摘要
电源设备其整流效率是值得分析和研究的一个问题,本文讨论了同步整流器的基本特性,分析了5种同步整流技术电路的工作原理、特点及其电路的损耗,实际中同步整流技术电路效率的提高,可以使电源整机的效率也相应提高,从而达到节能降耗的目的。
The rectification efficiency of electrical power unit is a meaningful topic to analyze and study. This paper discusses the essential features of synchronous rectifier, and analyzes five working principles of synchronous rectifier, its characters and its circuit loss. In practical, the improvement of synchronous rectifier’s efficiency could also improve the efficiency of power machine, so that it could be more energy-saving and cost-reducing.
