摘要
设计一款具有多个传输零点的可重构三模谐振器。根据奇偶模理论分析,谐振器的第一通带依赖于偶模响应,第二通带依赖于谐振器的奇模响应,而第三通带依赖于变容二极管的电容响应以及叠加谐振器偶模响应的共同效果。计算机仿真实验表明,谐振器具有良好的电压可重构特性及三频段带通滤波性能。
In this paper, a reconfigurable tri-band resonator with multiple transmission zeros are presented. From theoretical odd-and even-mode analysis, it is found that the first passband depends on the even-mode resonance of the proposed resonator, while the second passband depends on the oddmode resonance, meanwhile the third passband depends on the even-mode resonance and the capacitance response of the varactor diode. Computer simulation experiments show that the resonator has good voltage reconfigurability and three-band bandpass filtering performance.
