老龄化背景下农村社区居家养老模式研究——以M市为例

On the Home-based Care Service Pattern in Rural Community Under the Background of Aging ——Taking City M as an Example

在健康中国战略下,社区居家养老以独特优势广受欢迎。本文以M市为例,通过问卷了解M市老龄人口居家养老的基本需求,得出如下结论:老龄人口对居家养老服务认知度低;基本需求包括日常生活照料、医疗卫生保健与精神慰藉,且健康领域最受老龄人口重视;通过logistic分析得出性别、子女数量、自身自理能力等因素对老龄人口各项服务需求产生不同影响。发现农村社区居家养老服务发展在法律政策、经济、宣传与服务人员等方面的不足并提出建议。

The home-based care service pattern in the community is a popular pension model under the background of the healthy China strategy.With the data of city M through questionnaire investigation,it can be found that the senior have a poor recognition of the home-based care service,and the senior needs include daily life care,medical health care and spiritual comfort,especially the health.Through logistic analysis,factors such as gender,number of children,and self-care ability have different effects on the service needs of the elderly population.This paper also finds some problems in legal policy,economy,service promotion and personnel and provides the countermeasures.
