摘要
冷冻消融不仅导致肿瘤细胞坏死和凋亡,还可将肿瘤来源自身抗原释放到血液循环中,刺激宿主免疫系统发生针对原发性和转移性肿瘤的抗肿瘤免疫效应。肿瘤免疫治疗通过主动或被动改变宿主免疫系统功能达到治疗肿瘤目的。本文对冷冻消融联合免疫治疗实体肿瘤的效果与机制研究进展进行综述。
Cryoablation can not only lead to tumor cell necrosis and apoptosis, but also release tumor-derived autoantigens into the blood circulation, stimulate the host’s immune system to produce anti-tumor immune effects against primary and metastatic tumors. Tumor immunotherapy aims to treat tumors by actively or passively changing the function of host immune system. The research advances of cryoablation combined with immunotherapy for solid tumors were reviewed in this article.
