摘要
为了改善沥青面层的抗疲劳开裂性能,有必要确定有针对性的沥青面层施工控制指标。首先通过专家调查法优选疲劳开裂的施工控制指标。然后运用层次分析法对各施工指标进行分析比较,确定各施工指标的重要性排序。根据层次分析法结果,各指标影响程度由大到小依次为压实度、油石比、施工温度、级配和路面厚度。因此,在沥青面层施工过程中,应重点控制压实度、油石比、施工温度和级配等指标,以获得预期的施工质量,保证沥青路面的抗疲劳开裂性能。
In order to improve the anti-fatigue cracking performance of asphalt pavement,it is necessary to determine specific construction control index of asphalt pavement. Firstly,the construction control index for the anti-fatigue cracking was selected and optimized by the expert investigation method. Then,the analytic hierarchy process( AHP) was used to analyze and compare the construction indices,and the importance of each construction index was determined. According to the results of AHP,the influence degree of each index from big to small is the degree of compaction,asphalt-aggregate ratio,construction temperature,mixture gradation,and thickness.Therefore,in the construction process of asphalt pavement,construction technicians should focus on controlling the compaction,asphalt-aggregate ratio,construction temperature,and mixture gradation to obtain the expected construction quality and ensure the anti-fatigue cracking performance of asphalt pavement.
