护理专业应届生考研压力的质性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解护理专业应届生考研压力的真实体验。方法应用现象学研究方法,对17名有考研压力的护理专业应届生进行半结构化深入访谈,采用Colaizzi七步法进行资料分析。结果护理专业应届生考研压力的真实体验可归纳为3个类属10个主题:自身主观因素(信心不足、同辈压力、前途迷茫);学业客观因素(复习时间紧张、复习任务繁重、缺乏目标院校考研信息);社会家庭因素(人际压力、家庭压力、社会不解、经济压力)。结论护理专业应届生在考研过程中经历诸多压力,及时发现、正确指导和适当干预可以帮助考生有效地缓解压力。 Objective To understand the real experience of nursing students under the pressure of graduate entrance examination.Methods Using the phenomenological research method, the semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted among 17 nursing students under the pressure of graduate entrance examination. The Colaizzi seven-step method was used for data analysis.Results The pressure of graduate entrance examination for nursing students can be summarized into three categories and 10 themes:self-subjective factors(insufficient confidence,peer pressure,and future confusion);academic objective factors(time tension,heavy review tasks,lack of target college entrance examination information);social and family factors(interpersonal communication pressure,family pressure,social incomprehension,economic pressure).Conclusions Nursing students undergo many pressures in the process of the graduate entrance examination. Timely discovery, correct guidance, and appropriate intervention can help the candidates effectively alleviate the pressure.
