基于多功能辅助器的体位支持在玻璃体切割术后患者中的应用

Application of Posture Support Based on Multifunctional Assist Device after Vitrectomy

目的探讨多功能强迫体位辅助器在玻璃体切割术后患者中的应用效果。方法便利抽样法选择2018年6月至2019年1月上海交通大学医院学附属新华医院眼科收治的行玻璃体切割联合眼内填充术的患者210例(210眼)为研究对象,按入院先后将2018年6-9月收治的104例患者作为对照组,采用普通"U"型护颈枕及软枕进行术后体位支持;2018年10月至2019年1月收治的106例患者作为观察组,采用多功能强迫体位辅助器进行术后体位支持。评价并比较两组患者术后夜间特殊体位的依从率、辅具使用的舒适度、不良反应发生率以及眼睑水肿程度。结果观察组患者术后夜间特殊体位的依从率、辅具使用的舒适度均高于对照组患者,不良反应发生率以及眼睑水肿程度均低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论多功能强迫体位辅助器的应用,能够满足玻璃体切割联合眼内填充术后患者"坐、卧、立、行"多种体位的切换与需求,提供术后安全有效的体位支持,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of multifunctional compulsive position assist device(MCPAD) in patients after vitrectomy.Methods By convenience sampling method, a total of 210 patients who underwent vitrectomy combined with intraocular tamponade from June 2018 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group. According to admission, 104 patients admitted from June to September 2018 were taken as the control group,and the "U" shape pillow and the soft pillow were used for postural support.A total of 106 patients admitted from October 2018 to January 2019 were taken as the observation group, and the MCPAD was used for postural support.The compliance rate of special posture at night,the comfort degree of accessory devices,the incidence of adverse reactions and the degree of eyelid edema were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results The compliance rate of special posture and the comfort degree of using the accessory at night in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions and the degree of eyelid edema in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusions The MCPAD can offer various support options of "sitting, lying, standing and walking" to the postoperative patients who need compulsive posture.It can help patients to switch position effectively and safely,which is worthy of clinical application.
