心电图检查对冠心病无症状性心肌缺血的诊断作用研究

Diagnostic Effect of Electrocardiogram on Asymptomatic Myocardial Ischemia in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨心电图检查对于冠心病无症状性心肌缺血的诊断作用。方法选2018年1月-2019年1月在该院进行就诊的冠心病疾病并未明确无症状性心肌缺血患者80例作为临床研究对象,将80例患者随机分为常规组与观察组,每组40例患者。常规组采用常规心电图检查,观察组采用动态心电图检查,观察两种心电图检查方式的临床效果。结果观察组检测结果准确度要显著高于常规组患者,两组之间数据检测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察两组患者经心电图检查的指标变化情况,检验方式不相同,心率变异指标变化也不相同。观察组患者PNN50%指标为(9.3±4.8),常规组患者PNN50%指标为(16.8±6.9),观察组低于常规组,两组之间数据差异有统计学意义(t=5.64,P<0.05)。结论对于冠心病无症状性心肌缺血疾病患者,使用动态心电图检测,临床诊断效果显著,能够给临床疾病诊断提供较为准确的根据,能够有效提高诊断准确度。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic effect of electrocardiography on asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Eighty patients with asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease who were treated in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as clinical subjects.80 patients were randomly divided into conventional group and observation group,40 cases in each group. The routine group used conventional electrocardiogram examination, and the ob-servation group used dynamic electrocardiogram examination to observe the clinical effects of two electrocardiogram examination methods. Results The accuracy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group. The difference of data between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The changes of the indexes of electrocardiogram examination in the two groups were observed. The test methods were different, and the changes of heart rate variability indicators were also different. The PNN50% index of the observation group was(9.3±4.8) and the PNN50% index of the routine group was(16.8±6.9). The observation group was lower than the conventional group, and the data were statistically significanty different between the two groups( t=5.64, P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with asymptomatic myocardial ischemic disease of coronary heart disease, the use of dynamic electro-cardiogram detection, clinical diagnosis is significant, can provide a more accurate basis for clinical disease diagnosis, and can effec-tively improve the diagnostic accuracy.
