腹腔镜微创疗法与开腹手术治疗急性阑尾炎疗效对比

Comparison of Laparoscopic Minimally Invasive Therapy and Open Surgery for Acute Appendicitis

目的探讨急性阑尾炎应用腹腔镜微创疗法与开腹手术治疗的效果,对其临床价值进行简要分析。方法选择从2013年1月-2019年3月收治的120例急性阑尾炎患者,按照数字随机表法的方式将其划分两组为试验组与对照组,各60例。对照组开腹阑尾切除术,试验组经腹腔镜阑尾切除术。对手术情况、并发症发生率进行详细记录。结果试验组手术各项指标情况相比较于对照组差异显著,而术中出血量数据与对照组相比较少,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症数据结果对比,试验组总发生率5.00%低于对照组16.67%,数据对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.227,P=0.040<0.05)。结论治疗急性阑尾炎采取腹腔镜微创治疗,其临床效果优于开腹阑尾切除术,对改善患者临床各项指标效果显著,其临床并发症发生率相对较低,治疗安全系数较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic minimally invasive therapy and open surgery on acute appendicitis, and to analyze its clinical value. Methods 120 cases of patients with acute appendicitis admitted from January 2013 to March 2019 were se-lected and divided into two groups, 60 cases each, according to the method of numerical random table. The control group underwent open appendectomy and the experimental group underwent laparoscopic appendectomy. The operation and complication rate were recorded in detail. Results The indexes of the operation group in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group, while the intraoperative blood loss data were less compared with the control group. The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of 5.00% was lower than that of the control group(16.67%), The difference in da-ta comparison was statistically significant (χ~2= 4.227, P=0.040<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of acute appendicitis with laparoscopic minimally invasive treatment is superior to open appendectomy. It has a significant effect on improving clinical indicators. The clinical complication rate is relatively low and the treatment safety factor is high.
