经阴道超声测量正常生育期女性宫颈厚度值

Measurement of Cervical Thickness in Women during Normal Reproductive Period by Transvaginal Ultrasound

目的探讨正常生育期女性宫颈中段厚度正常值,为宫颈疾病研究提供基础性数据。方法择取2018年1月-2019年4月该院75名正常生育期女性健康志愿者为研究对象,经阴道超声正中矢状面测量宫颈中段厚度,比较观察不同年龄段、不同孕次、产次及分娩方式受检者的宫颈平均厚度。结果 26~30岁受检者宫颈平均厚度(20.07±1.35)mm,均薄于31~35岁(21.42±1.10)mm、36~40岁(21.41±1.25)mm、41~45岁(22.04±1.20)mm、46~50岁(22.07±1.40)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=3.076、3.154、3.380、3.392,P<0.05)。生产0次受检者宫颈平均厚度(19.50±1.20)mm,薄于生产1次者(21.63±1.65)mm和生产2次者(21.14±1.40)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=3.257、3.244,P<0.05)。阴道分娩受检者宫颈平均厚度(21.57±1.50)mm与剖宫产(21.59±1.35)mm,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同年龄、妊娠次数与分娩次数的正常生育期女性,宫颈厚度值存在差异,建议制定可行性标准,更好地为宫颈疾病临床诊断提供参考。

Objective To explore the normal value of middle cervical thickness in women during normal growth period, and to provide basic data for the study of cervical diseases. Methods From January 2018 to April 2019, 75 healthy female volunteers in the hospital were selected as the subjects. The thickness of the middle part of the cervix was measured by transvaginal ultrasound in the median sagittal plane. The average thickness of the cervix in different age groups, different pregnancies, delivery times and delivery mode was compared. Results The average thickness of the cervix of 26-30 years old patients(20.07 ±1.35) mm was thinner than 31-35 years old(21.42±1.10) mm, 36-40 years old(21.41±1.25) mm, 41-45 years old(22.04±1.20) mm, 46-50 years old(22.07±1.40) mm, the difference was statistically significant(t=3.076, 3.154, 3.380, 3.392,P<0.05). The average thickness of the cervix was(19.50 ±1.20) mm,which was thinner than that of the first time(21.63±1.65) mm and the second time(21.14±1.40) mm. The difference was statistically significant(t=3.257,3.244,P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the average thickness of the cervix(21.57 ±1.50)mm and cesarean section(21.59±1.35) mm between the vaginal delivery(P>0.05). Conclusion There are differences in cervical thickness between women of different ages, pregnancy times and delivery times. It is suggested that feasible criteria should be established to provide reference for clinical diagnosis of cervical diseases.
