研究经皮微创椎弓根钉内固定治疗创伤性胸腰椎压缩骨折的临床效果

Study on the Clinical Effect of Percutaneous Minimally Invasive Pedicle Nail Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Traumatic Thoracic and Lumbar Compression Fractures

目的探究创伤性胸腰椎压缩骨折患者应用经皮微创椎弓根钉内固定方式进行治疗的效果。方法该次实验对象选自2017年4月-2018年7月在该院进行治疗的创伤性胸腰椎压缩骨折45例患者,全部患者均应用经皮微创椎弓根钉内固定方式进行治疗,对患者治疗前后的椎体高度、VAS评分、矢状面后凸Cobb角及进行对比。结果全部患者治疗之后,较治疗之前,患者的VAS评分得到显著的降低,患者的疼痛已经不会影响正常的生活,改善情况明显,并且治疗之后,患者的椎体高度、矢状面后凸Cobb角情况都得到了明显的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论创伤性胸腰椎压缩骨折患者应用经皮微创椎弓根钉内固定方式进行治疗能够极大地改善患者的症状,能够显著降低患者的疼痛感,并在一定程度上提升了患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous minimally invasive fixation of pedicle screw in patients with traumatic thoracic and lumbar compression fractures. Methods The experimental subjects were selected from 45 patients with traumatic thoracic and lumbar compression fractures treated in the hospital from April 2017 to July 2018. All patients were treated with percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle nail internal fixation. The height of vertebral body, VAS score, the convex Cobb angle of sagittal surface were compared before and after treatment. Results After the treatment was applied to all patients, the VAS score of the patients before the treatment was significantly reduced, and the patient’s pain had no effect on normal life, the improvement was obvious, and after treatment, the patient’s vertebral height and sagittal convex Cobb angle were significantly improved, and the difference was statistical-ly significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Treatment of patients with traumatic thoracolumbar compression fractures with percutaneous mini-mally invasive pedicle nail fixation can greatly improve the patient’s symptoms, significantly reduce the patient’s pain, and to a certain extent improve the patient’s quality of life.
