复发性三叉神经痛加巴喷丁与卡马西平治疗的临床比较分析

Clinical Comparative Analysis of Gabapentin and Carbamazepine in the Treatment of Recurrent Trigeminal Neuralgia

目的分析加巴喷丁与卡马西平在复发性三叉神经痛治疗中的应用效果。方法纳入病例100例,于2017年1月-2019年1月收治的复发性三叉神经痛患者中选取100例,分为两组,对照组给予卡马西平治疗,研究组应用加巴喷丁治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗后的VAS评分为(2.9±0.7)分,LSI-B评分为(18.6±1.2)分,与对照组的(4.3±1.0)分和(14.5±2.3)分比较,差异有统计学意义(t=8.110,11.175,P<0.05)。研究组患者的治疗有效率为96.0%,对照组有效率为78.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.162,P<0.05)。研究组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为6.0%和24.0%,对比组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.353,P<0.05)。结论加巴喷丁治疗复发性三叉神经痛的效果优于卡马西平,更有助于减轻患者疼痛,提高患者的生活满意度,减少患者不良反应发生,可在临床加强应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of gabapentin and carbamazepinein the treatment of recurrent trigeminal neuralgia.Methods100 patients with recurrent trigeminal neuralgia from January 2017 to January 2019 were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with carbamazepine, and the study group was treated with gabapentin. Results After treatment, the VAS score was(2.9 ±0.7)points and the LSIB score was(18.6±1.2) points. Compared with the control group(4.3±1.0)points and(14.5±2.3)points, there was a significant difference(t=8.110, 11.175, P<0.05). The effective rate of the patients in the study group was 96.0%, the effective rate of the control group was 78.0%, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=7.162, P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.0% in the study group and 24.0% in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups( χ~2=6.353,P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of gabapentin in the treatment of recurrent trigeminal neuralgia is better than that of carbamazepine,which is more helpful to alleviate the pain, improve the life satisfaction of patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
