胺碘酮与普罗帕酮治疗心律失常的疗效对比分析

摘要 目的探索胺碘酮与普罗帕酮治疗心律失常的疗效。方法以2017年6月—2018年6月收治的100例心律失常患者为试验对象,采用数据库随机分组式,两组各50例,分别进行胺碘酮治疗、普罗帕酮治疗,随后对比两组SDNNindex(24 h内每5分钟正常RR间期标准差平均值)、SDANN(RR间期平均值标准差)、rMSSD(相邻RR间期差值均方值)、SDNN(窦性心搏RR间期的标准差)、不良反应发生率、hs-CRP水平(超敏C反应蛋白)、总有效率。结果观察组总有效率(96.00%)、SDNNindex(95.43±4.98)ms、SDANN(112.75±9.85)ms、rMSSD(31.25±3.66)ms、SDNN(119.68±12.13)ms、不良反应发生率(4.00%)、hs-CRP(8.46±1.39)mg/L均优于对照组(χ2=14.236;t=13.265、18.524、12.322、21.396;χ2=16.395;t=6.985,P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮和普罗帕酮均具有一定作用性,对心律失常患者实施胺碘酮治疗效果显著更为显著,其可抑制炎症反应,改善心脏功能,提高用药安全性。 Objective To explore the efficacy of amiodarone and propafenone in the treatment of arrhythmia.Methods One hundred patients with arrhythmia from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:50 patients in each group,treated with amiodarone and propafenone,and then compared with two groups of SDNNindex(normal RR between every 5 minutes within 24 hours)Mean standard deviation mean),SDANN(RR mean interval standard deviation),rMSSD(mean value of adjacent RR interval difference),SDNN(standard deviation of sinus beat RR interval),incidence of adverse reactions,hs-CRP level(Hypersensitive C-reactive protein),total efficiency.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.00%),SDNNindex(95.43±4.98)ms,SDANN(112.75±9.85)ms,rMSSD(31.25±3.66)ms,SDNN(119.68±12.13)ms,adverse reaction rate(4.00%),hs-CRP(8.46±1.39)mg/L were better than the control group(χ2=14.236;t=13.265,18.524,12.322,21.396;χ2=16.395;t=6.985,P<0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone and propafenone have certain effects.The effect of amiodarone on patients with arrhythmia is significantly more significant.It can inhibit inflammation,improve heart function and improve drug safety.
