摘要
为了加强旋耕刀表面的耐磨度,通常在旋耕刀片上焊接一层硬质合金材料,但手工焊接效率低且标准不一。针对这种情况,在SOLIDWORKS软件中对旋耕刀进行有限元分析的基础上,提出了基于TC5530控制器的农用刀具焊接系统。经实验证明,该系统能够满足企业的实际生产要求,帮助降低加工成本、提高生产效率、降低不合格率,符合市场发展的规律,有良好的市场前景。
In order to enhance the wear resistance of the rotary blade surface,a layer of cemented carbide material is usually welded on the rotary blade.However,manual welding is inefficient and has different standards.In response to this situation,based on the finite element analysis of the rotary blade in the SOLIDWORKS software,an agricultural tool welding system based on the TC5530 controller is proposed.The experimental proves that the system can meet the actual production requirements of enterprises,help reduce processing costs,improve the production efficiency and reduce the unqualified rate,conform to the law of market development,and has a good market prospect.
