摘要
文章以湖南长高的CJ12型号闸刀和AREVA CMM/800型号闸刀为例,介绍了闸刀机构二次回路。通过对新老两种典型闸刀的加热器回路、电机回路、控制回路、闭锁回路等的详细分析,比较闸刀机构发展过程中二次回路设计原理的异同,提出不同设计的优势以及可能出现的弊端和隐患,为变电站内闸刀机构的消缺、检修、更换等提供了一定的借鉴和指导。
The secondary circuit of knife mechanism was introduced by taking examples of Hunan Changgao CJ12 and AREVA CMM/800.Based on the analysis of the new and old typical design of heater loop,electrical machinery loop,control loop,latching loop and so on,the change of secondary circuit's design during the development of knife mechanism was discussed.The advantages,disadvantages and hidden dangers of different designs were introduced.Some reference to maintainer to eliminate the shortcoming of disconnector were provided and guidance for replacing and overhauling of knife in transformer substation were offered.
