摘要
某电厂检修人员敷设测试线进行主变电度表二次压降测试过程中,因测试线摆动导致升压站220 kV母线通过测试线对网控室窗台放电,造成母线接地故障。文章结合事故现场检查结果,保护动作情况和RCS-915AS型、WMH-800型母线保护装置技术说明书,对事故发生的原因、母线保护装置、保护动作过程等进行了分析与讨论,并针对此次事故提出了改进意见,以提高设备可靠性。
When a power plant maintenance person laid a test line to test the secondary voltage drop of the main transformer meter,the 220 kV bus of the booster station discharged through the test line to the window room of the network control room due to the swing of the test line,causing the bus ground fault.Combined with the accident site inspection results,protection actions and technical specifications of the RCS-915AS and WMH-800 busbar protection devices,the causes of the accident,the busbar protection device and the protection action process were analyzed and discussed.The improvement suggestions were put forward for the accident to improve the reliability of the equipment.
