反应堆压力容器在役检查优化

摘要 文章分析了压力容器检查原理及流程,结合规范要求及同行电厂的实施经验,探讨了实施检查的时机、技术及策略。最后提出了在机组大修期间反应堆压力容器检查的管理手段,论证了反应堆压力容器检查实施优化技术的可行性,对缩短大修工期具有积极的意义。 The principle and process of pressure vessel inspection were analyzed.Combining the requirements of the specification with the implementation experience of the peer power plants,the timing,techniques and strategies for implementing the inspection were discussed.Finally,the management method of reactor pressure vessel inspection during unit overhaul was put forward,and the feasibility of implementing optimization technology for reactor pressure vessel inspection was demonstrated,which had positive significance for shortening overhaul period.
