高效互动的光伏结算服务体系设计

摘要 为了有效应对光伏产业飞速发展给电力公司财务部门带来的结算压力,国网浙江省缙云县供电有限公司通过深入调研客户需求、分析业务痛点,基于“互联网+”的设计理念,重新梳理业务流程,建立跨部门的数据共享工作协同机制,研发“光伏E结平台”,形成了基于“光伏E结平台”光伏结算互动服务体系,实现光伏结算业务的线上化,有效增加工作服务人员与客户的互动性,大幅提升客户体验,有效提升光伏结算效率,缓解财务部门关于结算业务管理的压力,大幅提升客户满意度。 In order to effectively cope with the settlement pressure brought by the rapid development of the photovoltaic industry to the financial department of the power company,State Grid Zhejiang Jinyun County Power Supply Co.,Ltd.re-carded the business process based on the"Internet+"design concept by in-depth research on customer needs and analysis of business key points.The cross-departmental data sharing work coordination mechanism was established and the"photovoltaic E-junction platform"was studied and developed,forming a photovoltaic clearing interactive service system based on"photovoltaic E-junction platform".The online photovoltaic settlement business was realized,and the interaction between staff and customers were effectively improved.The customer experience,the efficiency of PV settlement were improved.The financial department's management pressure on settlement business was relieved and the customer satisfaction was improved.
